Kelley Kendle is a Chief "X" Officer, leader, and senior executive with more than 19 years of experience supporting life sciences software and services industries. Her expertise includes strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, vendor partnerships, debt financing, business development, organizational transformation, technology innovation, sales and marketing, and regulatory compliance. 

 

Kelley spent 16 years at Synchrogenix in various leadership roles. During her tenure, she was instrumental in growing revenue 1200%, from $1M to $54M, including a strategic acquisition. She played a critical role in the $40M sale of Synchrongenix inclusive of due diligence, pitch book, and engaging investors. Kelley led the company's effort to retarget 90% of its services in the pharmaceutical industry, yielding billable rates of 50%.

Kelley also led the development of pharmaceutical solutions resulting in the company's first $100K and $1M contracts. She also led the successful acquisition and integration of two technology firms.
